One store per seat
A buyer account can manage multiple stores only when each store has its own purchased or owner-granted seat. Store connection is auditable and cannot be silently moved through public browser code.

Theme license summary
The current technical boundary is one separately approved store seat for one canonical .myshopify.com store.
Controlled releases
Theme releases are downloaded from the Buyer Portal. Updates do not automatically modify or disable a customer storefront; the buyer reviews and publishes changes.
Final legal license pending
Transfer, agency use, redistribution, modification, update eligibility, termination, and enforcement terms must be owner-approved and published before public sales open.
