1. Ownership
Ecomfella and its licensors retain ownership of the theme code, design system, documentation and supplied assets. The purchase grants a limited licence; it does not transfer the intellectual property.
2. Licence grant
Subject to payment, order acceptance and compliance with this agreement, Ecomfella grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the theme for the number of licensed Shopify production stores shown on the order.
3. Core Theme and Complete Launch
Core Theme and Complete Launch licence the same theme code. Complete Launch adds services but does not create broader redistribution, resale or multi-store rights.
4. Store seats
One store seat covers one canonical .myshopify.com production store. Store two requires the second-store price; store three and each later store require their own additional seat. A buyer account may manage several seats, but one seat cannot be silently reused across stores.
5. Development and staging stores
A reasonable development or staging copy may be used solely to prepare the same licensed production store, provided it is not used as another live merchant storefront and access is limited to people working on that store.
6. Store transfers
A store-seat transfer requires owner review, proof of legitimate control and retirement of the old production binding. Transfers may be refused where they would amount to resale, sharing or circumvention.
7. Merchant, employee and agency use
A merchant may allow employees or contractors to work on the licensed store. An agency cannot use one seat for multiple clients, distribute the source as its own template or include the theme in client work without a seat for each production store.
8. Permitted modifications
You may modify the theme for the licensed store and retain ownership of your own content and independently created materials. Modifications do not transfer Ecomfella ownership and may affect support or update compatibility.
9. Prohibited distribution
You must not redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish or upload the source publicly; share Buyer Portal downloads; provide the theme as a competing template; strip notices to conceal redistribution; or help another person bypass store-seat limits.
10. Customer content
You retain rights in store content, branding, product data and original materials you provide. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that content and to instruct Ecomfella to process it for the service.
11. Updates
Supported updates are delivered through the Buyer Portal during the eligibility period shown for the purchase. Updates may include fixes, compatibility work and improvements. Ecomfella does not silently overwrite a live theme.
12. Support and compatibility
Support covers the unmodified supported release and reasonable diagnosis of reproducible issues. Shopify platform changes, third-party apps and custom modifications may require separate work. No compatibility with every app or future Shopify change is guaranteed.
13. Shopify access
Ecomfella has no automatic right to access a store. Access exists only when the customer explicitly grants it and is limited to the approved task and permission scope.
14. Serious breach
For material redistribution, credential sharing, fraud or deliberate store-seat circumvention, Ecomfella may suspend future portal downloads and support after a proportionate review and opportunity to explain where appropriate.
15. After termination
On lawful termination for serious breach, the right to create new copies, receive updates and access future downloads ends. Ecomfella does not use hidden surveillance or remote disabling and does not sabotage an installed storefront.
16. Intellectual-property complaints
Send a specific notice identifying the material, ownership basis and requested action through the verified legal contact. Ecomfella may request evidence and will not disclose unnecessary customer information.
17. Statutory rights and survival
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Ownership, confidentiality, payment, audit, dispute and restrictions necessary to protect intellectual property survive to the extent lawful and relevant.

- Raise a complaint with Ecomfella support at ecomfella@outlook.com first. If it is not resolved, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim locally.
