No. The supported hand-off keeps the upload unpublished while you configure and review it. You decide if and when the theme is ready to publish.
The current source contains 198 section files, including 167 sections you can add through Shopify's Theme Editor. It currently includes 11 hero sections, 15 collection and merchandising sections, 10 cart designs, 7 navigation designs, and 53 native product-information block types. Category totals can overlap; product blocks are counted separately from addable sections.
Yes. Where the theme exposes a setting, you can add sections, change content, reorder blocks, and adjust supported layout or styling controls in Shopify's Theme Editor. Custom code changes remain your responsibility and should be reviewed on an unpublished copy first.
